I was trying to emphasise the hands - how they are so empty and distorted, my face hidden. It is the SHAME that cuts, that is worse than the pain of liver poisoning, than every violent, mad and bloody effect. Shame. Horror at what it is that you have BECOME.

These pieces are all a part of me and I feel it is important not to ignore their existance.
