Marita would never pose for me, apart from once – she was really drunk and even then she would only let me paint her from behind. Oh wait. No I didn a portrait of her from life at one stage. I think I have a copy of that somewhere hm…

I lived with her for a couple of years. She is an intensely moral, powerful woman. I was still drinking and despite the fact that I was with a good woman who cared for me, I faded and shrank and became less and less and less. I think she has this piece but I am not sure.
I still admire her. She is happily married now and has a wee babe of her own. I am certain she will be the best of mothers.

I am really pretty glad I don't have kids. I don't even know where my WALLET is.
